Supervision for Therapists
I provide supervision for both trainee and qualified therapists, including those working towards BABCP accreditation. As a BABCP-accredited therapist, I can provide supervision for CBT accreditation cases and support therapists through the accreditation process.
Supervision
My Approach
My approach to supervision is collaborative, supportive and grounded in evidence-based practice, creating a space where you can reflect on your clinical work, develop your skills and explore challenges with confidence.
Supporting Clinical Competence
Alongside supporting clinical competence, I am interested in helping therapists develop self-awareness, self-compassion and a sustainable approach to their work. I have experience supervising therapists working with a range of presentations, including trauma and complex difficulties.
Neuroaffirming Perspective
My supervision is informed by a neuroaffirming perspective. I recognise that therapists bring different ways of thinking, learning and working, and I aim to adapt supervision to meet individual needs while supporting professional growth, confidence and wellbeing.
Supportive
Whether you are in training, working towards accreditation or an experienced practitioner looking for reflective space and professional support, I aim to provide supervision that is both supportive and appropriately challenging.
Take The First Step
If you're ready to explore therapy or have any questions, I'd love to hear from you
